Given the nature of SnapPe as a purely digital application based service, returns or replacements of any physical product are not applicable. Our goal is to ensure you have a seamless experience with our UPI notification services.
Subscription and Cancellation
SnapPe offers digital subscription plans for access to its UPI notification services. As the Platform delivers a fully digital service with no physical product involved, cancellations once a subscription is activated are governed solely by the terms of the applicable subscription plan.

Refund Eligibility
In the event that you are charged incorrectly or face a billing discrepancy, you must contact us immediately for assessment and resolution. The Company will evaluate each such request and, at its sole discretion, may issue a full or partial refund, account credit, or other appropriate resolution.
Note: Once a subscription period has been activated and the service has been rendered, refunds shall not ordinarily be issued.
