This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of information provided by users of the SnapPe mobile application and website www.SnapPe.in (collectively referred to as "Platform"), owned and operated by Goblin Studios, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its Registered Office at Awfis 6th Floor, Suncity Success Tower, PVT LTD, SEC-65, Badshapur, Haryana 122005, India (hereinafter referred to as "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Platform, you explicitly consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
Definitions
- Agreement refers to the binding agreement between the Company and the User, comprising this Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions, and all amendments made by the Company from time to time.
- Company refers to Goblin Studios, the owner and operator of SnapPe.
- User refers to any individual or legal entity who downloads, accesses, registers on, or uses the SnapPe Platform in any manner.
- Personal Information refers to any data that identifies or can be used to identify a specific individual, including but not limited to name, phone number, email address, UPI linked account details, and device information.
- Platform refers to the SnapPe mobile application and associated website www.SnapPe.in, including all features, services, and content offered therein.
- Third Party refers to any individual, company, or entity other than the User and the Company.
Eligibility
Only individuals above 18 years of age who are competent to enter into valid and binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 may use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and confirm that you meet this eligibility criterion. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You further warrant that all information provided by you on the Platform, including your name, email address, and phone number, is accurate, current, and complete. Provision of inaccurate or misleading information may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.
Amendment of Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at its sole discretion or as required by applicable law, at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any such amendments shall constitute your unconditional acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that all information provided by you on the Platform is accurate, complete, and not misleading in any manner. You further represent that you are duly authorised to share such information and that your use of the Platform does not infringe upon any third party rights, is not defamatory, obscene, or unlawful, and does not involve the transmission of harmful material including but not limited to viruses or malware.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
